Featured on NBC 12 Today Weekend, check out the Color Wheel of Antioxidant Fortune that will help you eat away cancer!
There’s no question the cycle of oxidation and inflammation in our bodies leads to cancer.
What we eat, or don’t eat, clearly affects this cycle and can lead to, or prevent, cancer.
Breaking this cycle is why we care about antioxidants. But make no mistake.
Antioxidants are best taken in a natural diet, not from a pill or a bottle or juice.
The best way I know how to categorize antioxidants is by color.
Each color has unique antioxidants and your goal is to pick the deepest,
richest colors you can find in the grocery store.
